Department has a small library equipped with reference books. Students can use these books while doing computer practical .
Department is actively involved in innovative teaching-learning methods with modern sophisticated instruments. These methods are highly useful to understand the subject thoroughly. P.G. student also use power point presentation for their seminars and presenting the project work. The department regularly arrange study tours and visits to Laboratories, National research institutes and University departments. The department provides consultancy services to chemical industries, farmers and citizens of near by areas.
The department arranges lecture series every year.
Depatment also organized the guest lectures of emeritus professors, scientists, faculty members of other universities for P.G. students. Faculty members take interest in giving the lectures on social problems and involved in various extension activities.
Additional time for extra practical for students
Department provide different facilities for students like, departmental library, well equipped laboratory. Department have research lab equipped with sophisticated instruments.
4000 students, so far are benefited from department, many of them are occupying various prominent positions in Government and private sectors.
